Admission Procedure

We issue Online and Offline Application Form this year. Once students have applied, they will then have to take an entrance examination. On the basis of results of the entrance examination, the admission authority decides the seats for students.

‘First Come First Service’ is the policy for the admission and it will be automatically closed after the required numbers of students get admitted.

Note: Admission Procedures will be declared after SEE result.

For Science Stream: Candidates must prepare the multiple choice questions (MCQ) from Com. English, Com. Science, Com. Mathematics and Opt. Mathematics of Grade X syllabus for the preparation of Entrance Test 2080.

For Management stream: Candidates must prepare the multiple choice questions (MCQ) from Com. English, Com. Science, Com. Mathematics of Grade X syllabus for the preparation of Entrance Test 2080.


Documents required for Admission:

  1. Original and Photocopy of SEE Admit Card, attested by applicant him/herself.
  2. Photocopy of Grade Sheet or its electronic copy of Grade sheet attested by applicant him/herself.
  3. Recent two passport size photos of candidate.

Eligibility Criteria
For Grade XI Science:

a. Passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) regularly with Opt. Mathematics and at least GPA 3.0 in aggregate from NEB Nepal, only.
b. Must have minimum ‘Grade B’ in Com. English, Com. Mathematics, Opt. Mathematics and Science in SEE.
c. Must have minimum ‘Grade C’ in the remaining subjects in SEE.
d. Year gap students are not accepted.

For Grade XI Management

a. Passed the Secondary Education examination (SEE) regularly with at least GPA 2.5 in aggregate from NEB Nepal, only.
b. Must have minimum ‘Grade C’ in all subjects.
c. Year gap students are not accepted.
